Beautiful, awesome day....

I took a little trip South to Corpus Christi and went to a Bird Mart. Wow it was so much fun and so many things to buy. I had a limit though...

I decided on a pair of red factor canaries. I use to raise canaries and miss them. Not sure if I will raise canaries but I will love hearing the male sing!  

While washing the love bugs off my vehicle I spotted this gorgeous Sunset....Off I went for the camera and caught it just before the sun actually set (it was behind the tree)....

Broad-winged Hawk Migration

I was outside working this morning when I spotted the Hawks. I love watching and there were thousands of them. 

This photo is just one small batch of one flock and there were 3 other Flocks soaring in the updrafts...

 Broad-winged Hawk migrating South to the tropics! 

I got my work done it just took me a bit longer...I had to sit and watch for awhile...

I wouldn't mind going to the tropics for the winter months :)

Happy First Day of Autumn....

We had a really busy Summer and today on the First day of Autumn I spotted this sweet guy out in the Pasture!! 

Hope y'all had a great summer and are enjoying Autumn. 

Boy I can't wait for Spring, lol....
