Yearly Christmas season tradition...

 

Our local shopping mall has a big green chair that they put out every Christmas season and every Christmas I like to take Michael over there for a photo session. He has never liked Santa so I came up with an alternative...

I like seeing what type of photo ops the Mall has but I had a problem...Michael was not cooperating and just wasn't in the mood. I'm glad I managed the photos I did. I know as he gets older this yearly tradition may not happen so I enjoy it while I can still get him to pose!

 I love the Passion plant blooms but it's literally taking over the deck...I hope the sage catches up soon!

It was foggy this morning but then it cleared off and was a gorgeous day! Tonight we had a cold front come through and no rain. Hopefully soon or there won't be much of a wildflower season come spring!

Merry and Bright

I was down at the property today burning brush piles and happened to see sulphur butterflies on the Passion plant blooms. I couldn't Not take a photo. It's December and so unusual to see butterflies and have plants still blooming. I love it!

I'm a couple days behind as I remembered, then forgot, then remembered once again about doing a Scrapbook layout every day until December 25th...A journal of our Christmas season.
