Before my Battery died...
I found myself at Riverside park again this evening. Yesterday someone had mentioned I should try to get a yellow rose with the Texas flag. I went and I looked but none of the yellow roses were near the flag...
Not yellow but still pretty
Almost yellow but to far from the flag...
I'm proud to be an American and blessed to live in Texas
Just never know what you will find...

And then my battery died and goofy me didn't bring another one...oops!
Rose garden and a little of this and that...
I had to take Michael to Vacation Bible School in Victoria this evening and decided to visit the rose garden at Riverside park. I needed some peace and I was hoping some photo therapy would help my heavy heart...
Today my heart is sad. A person that was near and dear to my heart passed away in his sleep. I spent time with his daughter this morning and my heart just ached for her.
Not sure why or how but these boys seemed to be sitting on a homemade raft in the Guadalupe river. It didn't look very safe but they seemed to be having a goodtime and enjoying themselves.
