Friday morning just before I took Michael to school I looked out the kitchen window and was in awe....What a gorgeous South Texas sunrise!! I didn't have time to put a different lens on the camera so I used the Macro lens, as that is what was on the camera. I mowed the yard Thursday and took photos of the wildflowers in the yard before I mowed them down...Those will be in a later post, it's been a looong day and I'm tired. But I wanted to give you some photos to check out as I don't like losing my followers and I've been amiss lately...
Saturday (today) Fred and I headed to town at 7:30am to drop his truck off for some work and we planned on spending some time goofy off in town until it was done...That did NOT happen. Fred's Dad called and said lets do that bridge, ugh!! So we ran around town like mad rabbits getting what we needed and headed over to the property...
I didn't have my camera earlier and this was in the evening and supper time...brisket, beans, potato salad and deviled eggs. I'm not sure what I would have done without Mom. She did a great job of getting everything together, Thanks Mom!
This bridge is going to be slightly bigger than the first one we put in...and hopefully will last a Long Long time....
One of the post and holes...They managed to get another one in before it got dark, Yea!!
Oops! I know probably not appropriate to post but it had me laughing...Country boy caught!
Dad's backhoe and the tank that will soon be where Fred's tractor is...Still have a lot of work to do but it's exciting to be starting! When this is done we can start on the house, Yea!! ~
Thank y'all for being patient with me...I've got tons of photos to post...I can't wait to show you some more wildflower photos...I saw Indian Paint Brushes today but didn't have a chance for photos...hopefully tomorrow?
~
Have a Great rest of your weekend I'm headed to bed ♥
