Photos from today...

Our daughter in law, Cindy, had a baby shower for Erica and her new son Gemineye today.
We went over for a little bit and I took some photos...

Erica and Gemineye.

Raquel.
She was afraid of the camera so I didn't push it on her...

Gemineye wide eyed!

Seems Grandpa was teaching Malachi how to throw sticks, ugh!!
Grandpa needs a spanking!

Malachi throwing sticks at Grandpa, ekkk! He learns fast!

Michael acting silly for the camera!

Oh goodness Malachi was loving the camera, can you tell?
He is so funny and I love taking photos of him!

First Frost...

We had our first really good frost last night/this morning...I thought it was time for some photos. I'm a bit rusty with the camera and need the practice :o) so me and my cohorts in crime wandered around the yard this morning....

Iddy...(aka: Lydia) one of my cohorts in crime!

Loved how I captured the little water droplets on spider webs...

Bokeh!

I'm here...

sorry for the lapse in blog posts...been a bit preoccupied.
Monday I had another x-ray taken and the ladies were good enough to give me a CD of it so I could share it with Michael. He thought it was pretty cool and so did I...and yes I am going to do a scrapbook layout of it, lol...it's a memory, not a fun one but still a memory.

You can see the stent that was placed in me to help remove the kidney stones. The stent was removed (thank goodness, those things are painful) Monday and it seems after blasting the stones I am Kidney stone free, Yeah! I was hoping that things would get back to normal but it seems it will take some time for me to heal completely. I have been able to do a bit more but not much and it's frustrating. All in good time!
We are expecting a freeze tonight and it seems autumn is almost over and winter moving in, it's been sunny but I sure do miss the wildflowers and green, green, green. Kind of drab and dreary out...I've had ideas for some nature photos it's just getting out and walking. Hopefully soon...
