Still working with Macro..

I didn't have much luck with the Macro today....The wind was blowing and then my son is in his "Momma will you play with me" mood...yikes!! It's going to be a long Thanksgiving vacation!

Fred looked at me tonight and said "Michael is off for 9 days?" LOL...YEP!

I know this one is a tad bit blurry but like I said the wind was blowing...But I still thought it was cool enough to share...I've always been amazed when I've seen close ups of houseflies...Today I managed to take one...I also love the detail of the leaf...just too sweet!

Off to play Scrabble now...I think it just might be bedtime!

Today I took some time and played...As you can see I had a bit of fun with the Macro!!

I also had to take a photo of this little guy...he didn't migrate and has been hanging around...I am still stunned as November is almost over with and here is this little hummer...The rest of his family are enjoying themselves in S. America...

Loner ~ Digital layout

I've been wanting to do a layout about me! I wasn't sure until this morning how I wanted to do it...but this is me a loner. Been a loner most of my life. From an early age I learned that I pretty much had to take care of myself, nobody was going to do it for me...After an incident with Fred and some of his family members last night where they were speaking Spanish and I was pretty much left out of the conversation (I don't speak Spanish) I realize I am a loner...but you know what it doesn't bother me I love it...it's me and I'm happy with Me and I love my life!

So I decided to finally do that layout of myself...you have to understand this was not easy as I do not like my photos taken...I am not photogenic what so ever...Oh I am happy with myself but don't stick a camera in my face...But this photo is from June and I took it of myself, lol...I was being very brave...and now I am even posting this layout and a photo of myself!!

So KUDOS to me!!

Baby it's cold...

Ms. Helen has done it again...She asked me for some snow photos from our trip in January to Michigan to play in the snow...No problem! And this is what I was sent today...SWEET!!!

And yes Baby it was cold!!!
