It's Thanksgiving this week in the U.S.A. and I'm very thankful for a lot but especially for my boys!

God has blessed me :o)

Bugs, Bugs and more Bugs...

I saw a real pretty butterfly the other day but by the time I grabbed the camera and returned it was gone. I did manage to find some other bugs though...

When I first saw this one from a distance I thought it was a lady bug but upon closer scrutiny I saw it wasn't...Not sure what it is...Larva of some type possibly? Pretty strange but fun to photograph!

green fly...green is my favorite color and I thought it was pretty.

Do you know what this is? It's a ladybug but from the bottom...Everyone always photographs them from the top but I thought I'd give you an underside look!

Christmas portraits for Andy and Rubina...

On facebook last week I announced I'd do free Christmas photos for anyone who wanted to come to the house...I've had a few takers! My nephew Andy and his fiance, Rubina for one. What I'm doing is putting the photos on a CD and then they can get them printed out where ever they want...a nice Christmas present that is inexpensive...

Visitors....

Our nephew, John and his wife, Valerie arrived with their little one Gabriel this past weekend. They are both Marines and live out East so we don't get to see them often. It was so good to see them and to finally meet Mr. Gabriel...

He's just too cute!!

Wishes...

I loved this photo I took of Michael whispering to his Dad this weekend and then I remembered I had this digital kit from Dawn Inskip regarding wishes...Just maybe Michael was telling Daddy what he wanted for Christmas?

Then later tonight Michael asks if he can visit Santa at the Mall so he can tell him what he wants for Christmas...it's a miracle. Michael has always disliked the Mall Santa and never wanted anything to do with him...Hmmm maybe my little Man is growing up and learning Santa isn't so scary!
