Michael made a deal with me at the beginning of the week. If he read 4 AR (Accelerated Reading) books for school this week and scored 100 on each of the tests I'd take him to Red Lobster for dinner! Normally he reads two AR books a week and lately he's been reading chapter books and this is a struggle for him to just finish 2 books a week and he doesn't always score 100 on the test either. Well he did it! I am so proud of him and just beaming! I called the school to see if they'd send him a note to let him know We are going to Red Lobster, woohoo!!
